The conference will end at 3:30 pm September 20th to better accommodate travel schedules.  To make sure you receive all of the continuing education contact hours possible we have scheduled a pre-conference webinar providing 1.5 contact hours and the webinar fee is included in your conference registration! You will receive a link approximately three days prior to the webinar.

* 2nd or 3rd Person Discount is for current OCHCH members only. OCHCH members of two or three people from the same agency qualify for a significant discount per person.

Tradeshow Only attendance is on September 19 from 2:45 pm to 4:30 pm followed by the Reception with Exhibitors and PAC Auction from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

How to Register

Registrations will be accepted online and on the official registration form only. Photocopies of the form are acceptable. Acceptable methods of payment are check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.

Faxed registrations will be accepted only with payment by a credit card. Please fax the completed registration form with payment information to (614) 899-0192.

Registrants will receive immediate confirmations/receipts via email. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and the Annual Conference may sell out at any time. Therefore, we highly encourage you to confirm your registration with OCHCH before making travel arrangements.

Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellations prior to end of day August 31 will incur no penalty. Cancellations on or after September 1 are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices must be sent in writing to OCHCH. No refunds will be made on cancellations made after September 14 and forfeited fees cannot be applied to future meetings due to IRS reporting requirements.

Substitutions from within the same agency are permitted at no additional cost if received prior to end of day August 31. On or After September 1, substitutions are $25 per person. All substitutions must be in writing and accompanied by a completed registration form.
